GMAS Non-HUID PI Signature

This attestation reflects the GMAS signature language all PI's are required to certify as part of their proposal submission. This form will be required for Principal Investigators who do not yet have an HUID and cannot sign in GMAS. The OSP Proposal Reviewer will log the PI signature upon receipt, and upload the attestation to the request document repository.
