Description:

Are you a current Harvard employee with up to 3 years' experience in research administration or a related field? Would you like to learn more about sponsored projects administration at Harvard? If so, apply for our Fall 2020 Virtual REACH Foundations 101 Program. This newly updated virtual program is designed towards providing a comprehensive understanding of sponsored project administration at Harvard from proposal to closeout. The course introduces critical resources for further development of the participant's knowledge and expertise.
Program Highlights:

  • Course will be conducted virtually
  • Utilizes subject matter experts and the award life-cycle to introduce the key concepts of research administration
  • The program consists of two modules: Pre-Award (4 sessions) and Post-Award (6 sessions).
  • Certificates will be issued to participants who successfully complete BOTH the Pre-Award and Post-Award modules. 
  • Participants may opt to complete a single module (Pre- or Post-Award) if they do not wish to pursue the full program certificate.
  • Please note, participants who opt to complete only one module will not receive a certificate.* Please contact Katelyn Lippman for more details.*
  • Time commitment for each session is approximately 3 hours and will be a mix of virtual, instructor led sessions, pre-work, and post-session assessments.
