NIH International Subaward/Consortium Announcement

Dear Colleagues,

On September 15, 2023 the National Institutes of Health (NIH) issued its Final Updated Policy Guidance for Subaward/Consortium Written Agreements (Notice Number: NOT-OD-23-182), effective January 2, 2024. The final Notice includes some modifications from the original announcement released on May 19, 2023, but the main provision remains intact.  NIH has provided additional information regarding the foreign subaward provision in a blog post and in FAQs....
