To coincide with the updates to Harvard’s Cost Transfer Policy that went into effect on July 1st, the online course Introduction to Cost Transfers has also been updated with new information and a new look and feel. This course discusses what cost transfers are, why and how they should be avoided, the principles of Harvard's Cost Transfer Policy, how the OMB Uniform Guidance Cost Principles apply to cost transfers, and an introduction to Harvard's Cost Transfer procedures. We encourage anyone in sponsored programs administration who would like a short, self-paced review of the key points in the policy to take this web-based course.
