Revised Cost Transfer Policy Effective 7/1/2024

Effective 7/1/2024, Harvard has revised the Cost Transfer Policy as well as the following resources:

Cost Transfer Form- The new form merges the preparer and approver checklist with the cost transfer form and provides the opportunity to upload supporting documentation to the PDF.
Cost Transfer Flow Chart- The revised flow chart language was edited to provide clarity.
Cost Transfer Process- This updated webpage lists updates to the workflow and best practices.

The content in the FAQs and Procedures has been incorporated into these revised documents and removed from the list of resources.

Please use the updated policy and resources for Cost Transfer requests submitted July 1, 2024, and after.
