We wanted to take a moment to highlight the upcoming changes to the Cost Transfer Policy and Procedures. Please see below for more information on these changes and available information sessions that will be offered in the Cambridge area.
Cost Transfer Policy Updates and Upcoming Information Session
The Operations and Policy Committee (OPC) recently completed reviewing and updating the Cost Transfer Policy and Procedures. The following documents have been updated and can be located on the OSP Policies page.
- Cost Transfer Request Form (*the Cost Transfer Form page contains the old form and new form to be used for cost transfer requests after July 1, 2018)

These updates will be effective for new cost transfer requests submitted after July 1, 2018. OSP will be holding a policy information session June 12th at 1:00pm in Cambridge. This session will provide an overview of the policy and highlight the most recent changes to the Cost Transfer Policy. Staff can register for this session via the OSP Training Calendar. We encourage staff to review the Cost Transfer Policy and reach out to your local school/tub level Cost Transfer Contacts with any questions.
