The Office for Sponsored Programs, in collaboration with the University Operations and Policy Committee, has revised the Advance Account Guidance dated February 26, 2004.

  • At-Risk Account is the official title replacement for what were formerly referred to as “Advance Accounts”
  • Recommendations for limiting At-Risk Account authorization periods
  • Suggestion that alternate non-sponsored string be provided at At-Risk Account request stage
  • Recommendations for utilizing the “At-Risk Report”  for monitoring
  • Removal of an account from At-Risk status
  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • 90 Day Pre-Award spending has been “disbundled” from the GMAS At-Risk Account request
