Recently federal funding agencies and congressional committees have expressed concerns regarding certain activities that threaten the integrity of the U.S. research enterprise. In response, the Office of the Vice Provost for Research has collected and collated updated guidance for Harvard Researchers in addressing faculty disclosure and intellectual property protection. This information, along with a set of FAQs, can be found on the OVPR website. The Office of the Vice Provost for Research is continuing to monitor the communications from the agencies and will update these resources as necessary.
