Description: This self-paced course contains a 90-minute presentation, followed by 60 minutes of recorded Q&A. Carrie Chesbro and David Schultz discuss the grey area of navigating conflicting terms and conditions, agency guidelines, and federal regulations for an award. Participants will learn to identify applicable terms and conditions for an award and learn how to determine which terms to follow when there are conflicts. This webinar was originally hosted on 7/6/23 and has been posted as a self-paced recording.
