Juneteenth and Independence Day Deadline Planning

Dear Colleagues,

The University and the Office for Sponsored Programs will be closed June 19th, 2024, in observance of Juneteenth. Please plan accordingly to ensure that any submissions due that day can be submitted by close of business Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Proposals due to a sponsor on June 19, 2024, must be locked and routed by Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 9:00am.

The University and the Office for Sponsored Programs will be closed July 4th and July 5th, 2024, and will reopen on Monday, July 8th, 2024. Please review the information below related to the process and timelines for research administration related items in advance of this extended holiday weekend. Non-federal and federal submissions due to sponsors on either July 4th or 5th will be submitted to sponsors by close of business, July 3rd at 5:00pm.

Proposals (Initial Requests and Competing Renewals) due to the sponsor July 4th or 5th must be locked and routed by June 26th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

Continuations, Supplements, JIT requests, and Progress Reports that are due to the sponsor on July 4th or 5th must be received by the respective Awards Management and Operations Team Member by June 26th, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
