Finding the right sponsored programs training just got a lot easier! OSP has launched a brand-new [**Training Roadmaps and Course Lists**](https://sites.harvard.edu/research-administration-training/roadmaps/) page to help research administrators find what they need.

The page offers two ways to explore OSP training courses:

- **Sequential roadmaps** guide participants through courses in a recommended order to build foundational knowledge of the sponsored lifecycle.
- **Alphabetized course lists** help users find courses by sponsored lifecycle topic.

This resource was created to address the research administration community's requests for clearer training paths and easy access to OSP’s comprehensive course catalog.
