This self-paced training now reflects recent **Uniform Guidance (UG) updates**, including:

- Overhead (IDC) on subawards capped at **$50K** for awards starting after **July 1, 2025**, and **$25K** for those that began earlier.
- Refined definitions of what is included and excluded in **Modified Total Direct Costs (MTDC)**.
