#  New: Updated Sponsored Travel Guidance Now Available

Dear Research Administrators,

Harvard’s **Sponsored Travel Guidance** has been updated and is now live on the [OSP website](https://osp.finance.harvard.edu/sponsored-travel-guidance). These updates, effective **July 1, 2025**, reflect revised requirements, new tools, and clearer guidance to support compliance with University and federal travel policies.

**Key updates include:**

- An updated **Appendix G** in the University-wide Travel Policy
- An updated **Federal Lowest Economy Airfare Travel Reimbursement Exception Form**
- An updated **Fly America Travel Reimbursement Exception Form**
- A newly designed **Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreements decision tree**
