**Description:** This session will provide an overview of the Procurement Policy. This session utilizes partially recorded content and live instruction/qa   
Please note: Part of this training will show a previously recorded session that will be stopped periodically throughout to answer questions live.  
Topics include:- The micro purchase and small purchase threshold
- Debarment requirements when using federal or cost-share sponsored funds.
- Requirements for when to complete the Vendor Justification Form (VJF)
- The work-flow in Buy to Pay as it relates to sponsored funding
- Q&A

This session is being held by the Financial Policy Office and Office for Sponsored Programs
