# Updates to the GMAS Current and Pending Support Excel Download April 06, 2021 The [GMAS](https://gmas.harvard.edu/gmas) Current and Pending Support (C&P) Excel download has been updated to include the next 24 months of effort commitments on each award and each pending project. The addition of 2 years of commitment data will be helpful in completing a sponsor’s “Current and Pending” or “Other Support” documents by providing a forward look at faculty commitments to sponsors over time as documented in GMAS. The C&P download will help answer questions such as *“If a proposal starts in 6 months, what will this investigator’s effort commitments look like then?”* or *“If an investigator has a project starting next month, what other commitments have already been made for that period?”* More details about the download are available on the [Current and Pending Support job aid](https://gmas.fss.harvard.edu/current-and-pending-support).
