###  **Audits: Requests and Documentation (University-wide)**

 **Date/Time/Format:** Today, Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 /1:00pm- 2:30pm / Live Virtual Training

 **Description:** In this session, you will gain knowledge of audit requests and what actions are needed when you are audited. We will cover the work flow of audits, the types of audit requests one may receive as well as requested documentation to support costs. This will provide foundational knowledge and begin to advance participants understanding in how to approach an audit request.

###  **Cost Transfer Level II (University-wide)**

 **Date/Time/Format:** Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 /2:00pm- 3:30pm / Live Virtual Training

 **Description:** This class will include a review of Harvard’s Cost Transfer Policies and Procedures, the responsibilities of approvers, identifying requirements and best practices for approval, and cost transfer resources. Attendees will participate in group discussions and work through examples and case studies.

 **Audience:** Anyone responsible for the drafting, reviewing, or approving of cost transfers.

 **Prerequisites:**

###  **ECRT Basics (University-wide)**

 **Date/Time/Format:** Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 /1:00pm- 2:00pm / Live Virtual Training

 **Description:** This course will introduce department administrators to effort reporting and the electronic effort reporting and certification system (ecrt), which allows Principal Investigators and Faculty to certify their effort on federally-sponsored projects.

 *\*Please note that this session will include system demos that will first cover Grant Manager responsibilities.The last 30 minutes of the session will be devoted to Primary Effort Coordinators and will cover the additional aspects of the systems their role needs to utilize.*

 **Audience:** ecrt Basics training is intended for Grant Managers with responsibility for assisting their faculty during the effort reporting process as well as anyone in the Primary Effort Coordinator role. This is a great opportunity for new ecrt users as well as for existing users who want a refresher.

###  **NCURA Recorded Webinar: NSPM-33 Compliance** (Recorded 4/11/24)

 **Description**: This recording provides a broad overview of the proposed NSPM-33 program requirements. The panelists discuss which requirements are least likely to change and which have the greatest potential to change before the final guidance is released. They host a dialogue about what participants are doing at their own institutions to prepare and where they are holding off. Finally, the panelists offer some ideas for how to start or keep the conversation going at your home institution.
