 Dear Research Administrators,

 Join us for the next session of **Ozzy’s OSP Learning Lens** on **Friday, May 30th, 2025, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm** (live on Zoom).

 This session will provide an overview of Harvard’s **updated Sponsored Travel Guidance**, **effective** **July 1, 2025**. We’ll highlight key changes, introduce new resources to support compliance with University and federal requirements, and have time for participant questions.

 **Panelists:**

- **Christyne Anderson** – Director, Training and Compliance, Office for Sponsored Programs
- **Ronnie Mugimu** – Associate Director of Finance and Research Administration, Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology (MCB), Faculty of Arts and Sciences
- **Stacey Clifton** – Senior Manager, Travel, Expense & Card Services, Office of the Vice President for Finance

1. Summarize the key updates to the Sponsored Travel Guidance effective July 1, 2025
2. Identify which new resources are most relevant to their role
