#  New F&A and Fringe Rate Agreements

 [FY2021 Fringe Benefit Rates](/fy2021-fringe-benefits-rates) have been updated and approved for use in outgoing proposals to sponsors. New agreements for all rate areas dated April 29, 2020 have been [posted to the OSP website](/fringe-benefits-rates). The agreements also include [recently negotiated F&A rates for HMS, Wyss, and the University Area](/fa-cost-rates-federal-sponsors).
