 Guidance on GMAS entry for Incoming, Sponsored Billing Agreements is attached and can be found can be found on the [Developing a Proposal page of the OSP website](/preparing-a-proposal).

 This process informs **only** Incoming, Sponsored Billing Agreements which can **only** be entered into with our [Affiliate Institutions](https://hms.harvard.edu/about-hms/hms-affiliates), MIT, the Broad Institute, and NBER. All other BA iterations should follow existing practices established in your local unit.
