#  HUCTW Bonus Payments

 In the paycheck dated 6/16/2023, the union bonuses will post as payroll transactions for qualifying HUCTW employees in Object Code 6191 with Earning Code RBN (amount will vary by employee) and object code 6201 with earnings code BUC for $1,400.

 The amounts represent **allowable costs for the current period on current costing strings.**

 For sponsored awards, there is no need to adjust these payments to reflect earlier costing or earlier quarters.

 If a specific award cannot support the current bonuses, please coordinate with the PI, your department, or your finance office to identify a non-sponsored funding source. The amounts cannot be moved to other sponsored awards.
