 All Harvard rate areas received approval on May 6, 2022 to use the FY2023 fringe benefits rates below for outgoing proposals. The OSP website has been [updated with the new rates](/fy2023-fringe-benefits-rates), and we will post the new rate agreements after they are received and signed sometime in June 2023.
