 Dear Research Administrators,

 We’ve added a bonus April session of Ozzy’s OSP Learning Lens to cover a timely topic: the **transition to bi-weekly payroll** and how it affects managing sponsored awards.

 **Date/Time/Format:** **Tuesday, April 15th, 2025 / 2:30pm – 3:45pm** / Live Virtual Training on Zoom

 **Topic:** *Transition to Bi-Weekly Payroll for Research Administrators*

 During this session, we will review updates related to payroll frequency, discuss how this change affects sponsored systems, and offer guidance on managing the transition when reconciling salary. We will use this guidance to walk through case studies to put our discussion into practice.

 **Learning Objectives:**

 By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

1. Identify the impact of the payroll transition on day-to-day operations when managing sponsored awards
2. Apply approaches to managing and reconciling bi-weekly payroll
