Upon receiving the first sponsor notice for a project, the OSP Awards Management and Operations Team will initiate award set up in GMAS. This includes the creation of accounts (or removing existing accounts from “at-risk” status).

Once the changes have been committed in GMAS, an Action Memo is generated with the details of the award set-up. Any newly created accounts are sent to the General Ledger. An email with the Action Memo is also sent to the contacts listed on the project’s Administrative Team.
